Executive, Contracts admin & Procurement

Job Responsibilities:

Office administrative tasks, data entry
Prepare quotation issuance of Purchase Order and checking of invoices
Maintain detailed and organised filing for each PO, project documents, correspondence, changes/deviation, amendments and clarifications
Logistics and shipping arrangement
Documentation control as per project requirement
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements

ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Procurement or Logistics
Min 2 years relevant experience in administrative and procurement role. Fresh grad are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (good in word and excel)
Well organised individual with initiative, drive and ability to work independently
Good communication skills both in spoken and written
Good analytical, meticulous and problem-solving skills
Motivated, able to multi task and work under tight timeline
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Possess a strong desire to learn and have a positive hands-on attitude

Piping Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Design and review Piping routing, P&ID, Isometric Drawings and all related drawings, documentations
Assists in preparation of forecasts, material take offs and change orders
Prepare project piping material specifications in accordance with international codes and standards, and client’s requirements
Development of piping deliverables/documents like Preparation of Material Specifications, Data Sheets, various piping calculations, Piping Design Basis
Ability to produce stress analysis i.e. with related software would have added advantage
Manage day to day project activities, operational administration and documentation
Material take off from 2D/3D piping drawings
Assist in MRO program for inhouse GRE piping stock
other ad-hoc project or duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

Mechanical Engineering (Piping) with good fundamentals in design and methodology
Familiarity with stress analysis software such as CAESER II, 3D software such as Navisworks, PDMS or SmartPlant 3D model and Project 3D model review is preferred
Good knowledge of the relevant Piping & Plant Layout codes and standards
Good communication skills both in spoken and written
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of engineering systems and calculations
Knowledge in using Autocad or CAD software is preferred
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Self-start with the ability to work within a highly collaborative environment
Possess a strong desire to learn and have a positive hands-on attitude

Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Managing project which include planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects
Control & monitoring of schedule, work scope and costs
Coordinate and checking engineering deliverables
Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in projects such as client, contractors, suppliers and third-party certification bodies to ensure successful implementation of projects
Project status reporting and change orders
Acting as quality control and assurance to ensure project objectives are met
Ensuring the project starts on time and ends within the estimated duration
Maintain detailed and organised filing for each project document, correspondence, changes/deviation, amendments and clarifications
Supervision & inspection of fabrication
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
Min 2 years relevant experience in engineering field / piping works. Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers
Demonstrated good time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (good in word and excel)
Knowledge in using Autocad is an added advantage
